These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without explicit written permission from Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited, except as expressly permitted in this notice.

Prohibited Use

• Integrated Project Monitoring System (iPMS)
• Related service marks and logos

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in iPMS are the property of their respective owners. Use of any trademark without written permission is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

By uploading or submitting content to iPMS (including project data, photos, videos, and documents), you represent that:

• You have the right to submit such content
• The content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• You grant Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited a non-exclusive license to use the content for system purposes

All user-generated content remains the property of Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited and the Government of Assam and is subject to applicable government regulations.

Open Source Components

iPMS may incorporate certain open-source software components. These components are governed by their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL).
