1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Integrated Project Monitoring System (iPMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this system. This system is operated by Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited (ASDCSC), a Government of Assam Undertaking.

2. Authorized Use

2.1 User Eligibility

Access to iPMS is restricted to authorized personnel only, including:

• Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited employees and officials
• Government stakeholders with proper authorization
• Approved contractors and consultants
• Auditors and regulatory personnel with valid credentials

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use iPMS only for:

• Official project monitoring and management purposes
• Budget tracking and financial reporting
• Milestone tracking and progress documentation
• Generating authorized reports and analytics
• Communication with project stakeholders

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Access or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to breach system security or interfere with system functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots without authorization
• Download or export data in violation of applicable regulations
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the system
• Use the system for personal gain or non-official purposes
• Falsify or manipulate project data or financial information

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of iPMS, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Project data and information entered into the system remain the property of Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited and the Government of Assam.

5. Data Accuracy and Integrity

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into iPMS is:

• Accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Verified before submission
• Supported by proper documentation
• Compliant with financial and reporting standards

Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may result in disciplinary action and legal consequences.

6. System Monitoring and Auditing

Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited reserves the right to monitor all activities on iPMS for security, compliance, and operational purposes. This includes logging user activities, access patterns, and data modifications. All system activities may be subject to audit by authorized personnel.

7. System Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous system availability, iPMS may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Emergency repairs or security patches
• Technical difficulties or infrastructure issues
• Force majeure events

Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited is not liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from system downtime.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

iPMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ASDCSC Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the system's operation, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users acknowledge that they use the system at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use iPMS, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination of Access

Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to iPMS immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• Your employment or authorization with Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited ends
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• System security is compromised through your account

11. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 and amendments
• Right to Information Act, 2005
• Assam Transparency in Public Procurement Act
• Government financial regulations and circulars
• Data protection and privacy laws

12. Modifications to Terms

Assam State Development Corporation for Scheduled Castes Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the system. Continued use of iPMS after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and the State of Assam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
